Preschool Enrollment/Registration/Waitlist
ALL summer classes are currently full. Completing the enrollment form will place your child on a waitlist. You will be contacted via email if your child moves from the waitlist to an enrolled status.
Summer 2024 Enrollment/Waitlist
Children from ages three months to those who have completed second grade may enroll for the summer months.
Enrollment is considered complete
after submission of this form AND receipt of the enrollment and supply fees. Supply Fee amounts are based on the number of days per week a student is enrolled. Families may pay with a check or money order or pay through the Brightwheel app (current students only.) Checks should be made out to FMC Preschool and mailed or hand delivered to 204 N. Marshall Street, Henderson, TX, 75652. Make sure your child's name is written on your payment.
Each student is required to have a statement of good health from a physician as well as an up-to-date record of immunizations on file before attending FMC Preschool. Parents are required to read the FMC Preschool Parent Handbook before their child attends. A copy of the handbook can be found on our website.
Our summer program is separate from our academic year program. Summer enrollment does not guarantee a spot for the academic year. You will be required to enroll your child again if you wish for them to attend during the academic school year.
Please fill out the enrollment form in its entirety to enroll your child in the Summer 2024 program. The form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
FULL-TIME STUDENTS who are currently enrolled at FMC Preschool, their siblings, and staff children may enroll beginning March 4, 2024, at 9:00 AM.
PART-TIME STUDENTS who are currently enrolled at FMC Preschool, their siblings, and church members may enroll beginning March 11, 2024, at 9:00 AM.
Enrollment will open to those currently on the waitlist on March 18, 2024, at 9:00 AM and to the general public on March 25, 2024, at 9:00 AM.
Full-time is considered those who attend 4 or 5 days per week. Part-time is considered those who attend 2 or 3 days per week.
The 2024-2025 school year enrollment/waitlist is coming in March!
Children from ages three months to those who are not yet old enough for kindergarten may enroll for the school year.
Forms that are completed before the designated date/time will be removed from the enrollment list. You will be required to enroll again at the correct time for your enrollment to be considered valid.
